Maverick

Maverick is a five-month-old retriever mix with a goofy personality, endless happiness, and lots of puppy energy. Affectionately known as Mav or Mr. Mavypants, he loves being outside, carrying around sticks and pinecones, playing with other dogs, and then curling up on the couch for snuggles when the day is done.

Maverick is incredibly smart and eager to learn. He is crate trained, potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and already knows basic commands like sit and lay down. While he’s still learning puppy manners and social cues, he responds well to correction and continues making great progress every day.

He has done wonderfully with other dogs, children, and has shown respectful curiosity around cats. Maverick would thrive in an active home that can keep up with his playful energy and continue helping him grow into an amazing companion.

Sweet, silly, and full of personality, Maverick is ready to find a forever family to call his own. 💙
