Freshly pulled by Pitt Friends, this sweet boy is just settling into rescue life, and I’m already completely smitten with him.
Topher was born with a congenital vertebrae defect, but you would never guess it from his spirit. He is a happy, gentle, goofy boy who moves through the world with nothing but love to give.
And if there’s one thing you should know about him already… he *shadows* his person. Wherever you go, Topher is right there beside you like he’s been assigned to keep you company for life. It’s not clingy—it’s devotion.
Topher is on the short, small size weighing less than 40 pounds!

Right now he’s just decompressing, learning he’s safe, and discovering that soft beds, kind hands, and steady routines are his new normal. And he is soaking it all in with that sweet, grateful energy only rescue dogs seem to carry.
